I noticed that the mobile site speed is slow.
The desktop speed is in a good range.

Desktop >88.
I have optimized my homepage with the following plugins:
-Autooptimize
-WP Fastest Cache
-Smush.

What I don’t understand is that the page loads quickly in the desktop version, but not in the mobile version.

It loads quite fast both on desktop and mobile devices. You see a lower scores because Google uses a very old and slow devices for tests. That is why you need to make your website very light both on desktop and mobile to get high score.
