Please confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes. Please make the full backup of your site.
Sorry for the late reply. I made a database backup, I dont have enough space for a full backup. Also can you simply use “Troubleshoot Mode” to deactivate and test the plugins?
This way there will be no interruption to our site visitors. Please let me know.
