Main Sidebar is empty

    Hello, I dont know why but my shop sidebar is empty since the last update: https://www.grillbar-bq.de/produkt-kategorie/napoleon/
    In the widget area all are looking fine – all like before

    Hello,

    Most likely the reason is the Elementor sidebar is shown.

    Please check the Elmentor settings and set the theme options.

    Hello,
    thanks for your note. I have checked the settings of elementor but sidebar is excluded – see the screenshot.
    Do you have another idea what it could be?

    Hello,
    another update of what we just found. So the Elementor settings for the sidebar are turned off, and the Sidebar is regulated through the WoodMart theme settings – more precisely in the in the SIDEBAR & SHOP LAYOUT settings. That is also confirmed, if we turn off the settings for displaying the desktop version, the possibility to click the sidebar button disappears.
    Another information we found is that on the following site certain filters can be selected called “option filters” from the sidebar.

    So the sidebar is probably displayed, it doesn’t show the content from the widget as previously.
    Can you please show us where we can set the settings for the sidebar now?

    Hello,

    Please provide your site admin access to the private area.

    Please confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes. Please make the full backup of your site.

    Hello,

    I do not need to deactivate anything.

    You have added the widgets to the wrong widget area, that is why the shop page sidebar is empty.

    Please add all the widgets to the Shop page widget area

    It would work.

    Hello, thanks thats great and works – it is very strange because I changed nothing in the widget areas – could it be, that the switch to elementor also swichted the sidebar options?
