Problem with custom css code

Hi, I don’t understand why if I customize with code through google console the changes are made, while if I then carry them back in the personalized css nothing happens.
Yet I have already done so for many other changes and with success

You problem occurs as you take the wrong selector or selector does not have the high priority enough.
