Using mouse-over effect on Promo Banner similar to Product Categories

Hello there,
We’re using the Product Categories element on our homepage. Works perfectly nice! We like to effect on mouse over (zoom in + darken).
On the kleding page (second page you see in the video) we used Promo Banners to simulate the same content blocks, but without slider functionality.
We’re wondering: is it possible to have on the Promo Banners the zoom + darken effect too, similar as we already have in the Product Catgories content block on our homepage?

Please Edit the promo banners and try enabling the style as in the screenshot.
