non-admin users can't enter to admin panel / problem with attributes

I have same problems. You have already helped me a lot, thank you and I hope your future support:)
At first, non-admin users can’t enter to admin panel. In Private Content added shop manager access.
Another problem are with attributes. Unfortunately,not all products are fall in the filter I noticed Count 0 in same brands, but if you click on this 0 we will find many products. If we delete or edit any product from this group, then the counter will show the correct number of products. If a new product is uploaded to this group, the count shows 0 again and this brand is out of the filter:(
