You can edit your current header: you can remove and add any elements including the Mobile menu, instead of the Main menu: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/add-edit-builder-elements/

1. Hide the top row on all the devices: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/header-rows-columns-configuration/

2. Add the elements in the Main header: Mobile menu in the left column, logo in the center column, and other elements in the right column.

If you want to make the search full-width, you need to set the row flex in the row setting for the bottom row: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/header-rows-columns-configuration/ and https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/header-rows-flex-layouts/
