Product Tabs : Number of Featured Items not displaying correctly.

We had a problem with showing the featured items. From the backend, we set it to show 8 items per page http://i.prntscr.com/271Xt9b5RbOWldz3zssvKA.png however it only shows 6. http://i.prntscr.com/crN3GT0dQYmdFP-OgolZmg.png

I have logged into your website and you are using an old version of the Theme and Recommended plugins.
Please update the Theme and the Recommended plugins to the latest version then check back.

We updated the theme and plugins from Staging site but it hasn’t fixed the issue. https://staging3.bigmatmalta.com/ the featured products are showing incorrectly. is that because the featured product is out of stock?

webeeteamParticipantAside from featured products, it seems we had a problem using the Blog element. we have two categories, new and video tips. we have 6 video tips post and when we set the item per page to 10, the other 4 News post is showing. which shouldn’t happen coz we only set to show video tips only. for now our temporary solution is to set is as 6 but we need to permanently fix this. See image attached
The next issue is the Related Products. If you can see here: https://bigmatmalta.com/product/wood-fired-oven-lisboa-120/ products are not complete and the other product show as blank. It seems the same issue with featured products. Can you check this pls?
Again, we already tried to update the Theme version but the issue still persists.

Please deactivate all the third party plugins and provide with the admin panel login details of the staging site where you updated the theme to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

It means that this problem is not related to our theme. -
