    I have logged into your website.

    The issue seems to be with the images you are using. Please try using the images of the same sizes then clear cache and check back.

    Hello,

    To make the crop work fine you need to use the images for the banners that are greater than the size you are setting from the image settings of the element.

    Then clear cache and check back.
