    Hello,

    I saw the screenshot you attached.

    Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate the parent theme then clear cache and check back.

    If the problem still occurs then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and provide with the admin panel login details of the website then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

    I have logged into your website and checked that you are using an old version of PHP and WooCommerce.

    Please update WooCommerce to the latest version and PHP to at least 7.4 then check back.

    Hello, what I was saying at the beginning of the ticket is that there are products that you find and others that you do not. I do not understand why.

    however it can’t find it

    Hello,

    I have logged into your website and checked by activating the storefront theme and the issue is the same with it.

    Which clears that the issue is not from our theme. I have reactivated the woodmart theme back on your website. You can try activating the storefront theme yourself.
