    Hello,
    Overall the theme is great, just had a few questions.

    1. when in checkout when I click on “terms & conditions” (on the same checkout page) this shows: [vc_row][vc_…] How do I remove that?
    2. How can I link the pages to the links in the footer?
    3. On my FAQ page the header is gone and when I scroll down my logo is blocked, which I don’t want, how do I change that?
    4. On my FAQ page the form used is the “Contact 7” form I don’t know how to use that and wanted to know how to add a field and how to make sure I receive emails when people fill it out?
    5. For some reason when I choose the mailchimp plug in nothing shows up
    6. On my home page I wanted to show a banner for people to sign my mailing list, like the one on the demo at the bottom for mailing list, but I deleted by mistake and don’t know how to get that same look.
    7. On the shop page some of the images are bigger than the others, how do I change that? I haven’t put my products yet and still have demo blanks.
    8. When it comes to the featured tag over the image, it says the word “Hot” how can I change that to say a different word?
    9. is there anyway to customize the ninja forms to look different or are there any other plugins that you would suggest?

    Hello,

    We are glad to know that you considered using Basel for your web-site. I hope you will be happy with it.

    1. Terms and conditions area in WooCommerce doesn’t support WordPress shortcodes. So you need to edit this page in Dashboard -> Pages and write it with a plain text only.

    2. Edit your footer text widgets in Appearance -> Widgets and place your links to <a> tags. For example

    <a href="#">Acts of Service Discount</a>

    replace with the link like this

    <a href="http://YOUR_SITE_URL.com/MY_PAGE/">Acts of Service Discount</a>

    3. Could you please send us a link to this page so we can check it?

    4. This form is created with Contact Form 7 and you are able to configure it in Dashboard -> Contact -> Contact Forms. Find more information about this plugin and its configuration in the documentation https://contactform7.com/docs/

    5. Could you please describe where should we see this issue?

    6. Please, provide us a screenshot so we can understand what banner do you want to add.

    7. It happens because you have different aspect ration for images uploaded to your products. If you want to make all products inline you need to upload all images with the same proportion. Otherwise, you can enable hard crop in WooCommerce -> Settings -> Products -> Display and regenerate all thumbnails. But it will crop your images and in some cases, it may look incorrect.

    9. Our theme has styles for Contact Form 7 and we didn’t test the look of ninja forms.

    for some reason the file size is too large. It’s the block that says “join our newsletter” on the demo at the bottom of the home page. I will try to resize.

    Also, the video to my question in #8 doesn’t explain how to change the “Hot” sign (ex. Sale sign) to another word.

    Hi,

    3. You need to edit your FAQ page and disable “Header above the content” option and set Header layout to “Inherit”.

    6. You can createa a row with a background image, make it full width (stretch row option) and add mailchimp form shortcode inside it. You can find the shortcode in Dashboard -> Mailchimp for WP -> Forms.

    8. The video is just an example how to use Loco Translate plugin. If you have created translations for the theme you can find “Hot” word in the list and change it.

    Ok, a few questions.

    for number 3 how do I change the image size to match the one on your demo page? Also, how do I add text on the image? or is that all apart of mail chimp?

    Also, on my blog page it appears to have different text then on my actual page. lorem ipsum text but I didn’t put it there and its not on my blog post. you can refer to my blog page to see what I’m talking about. thx

    Hi,

    Could you please provide us a screenshot what image do you want to change?

    The text on the blog comes from excerpt field and you should be able to change it there. If you don’t see that field you can enable it in Screen options while editing your post.
