List icons don't display

Hello,

I’m using your theme on my website : https://beta.bsks-paintball.com/enterrement-de-vie-de-celibataire/

On this page, I added list icon, but icon don’t display.
When I save my page, it sometime works, but then icons disappear.

Could you help me with this issue ?

Hello,

Please please, provide your site admin access to the private area.

Please confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes. Please make the full backup of your site.

Hello,

You’ll find infos on the private content area.
Site is on preprod so there is no problem for you to deactivate plugins and try the parent theme (but please make sure to activate them all once you’ve done).

I don’t know what you did, but you make all your theme elements disappear, that why now there is code on your screenshot.

Please re-activate your theme element and then I’ll be able to change it.

Everything was working well, with theme elements before you checked.
Any idea why your theme elements disappeared ?

I have no backup, website is under construction.

Ok I solved it by myself.
It seems that your check as disabled WP bakery.
I download it again and now it’s working great and icons are displaying.
