    Hi,

I’m trying to change fonts in the website, but can not do it.
If I try to change fonts in the theme setting I can choose only “poppins” font.

Also I would like to change font’s for Heading 1, Headin 2 etc. unfortunetly those changes ar not represented after saving settings.

Problem short: not sure from where fonts are taken. Elementor or Woodmart?

    Hi,

not after two clicks but cliking mouse button many times at some point opens the list.

    Another question regarding typography.
In the product pages at the description area text marked H1 is not changing as it should.
I have tried to change typography settings in site settings, but no changes appear for text marked H1 in product description tab.

Please look at the attachment, seems like it takes typography settings not from site settings?

    Hello,

Please, provide your site admin access to the private area.

Make the full backup of your site and confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes.

    Best Regards

    Hello,

I am checking your Typography and it works: https://gyazo.com/fb07354dfc18b72e2392c711348ec03d

In the product pages at the description area text marked H1 is not changing as it should.

Please provide the product page URL and describe the steps to reproduce the problem. H1 is the product title, and SEO experts do not recommend using this tag twice. At the same time, the product title should be H1.

    Hello,
Yes typography dropdown list is working good now.

Sorry for misleading you. Yes H1 is used for product title and it’s ok. But in the product description field I want to use H2 for the first line of product description.
No matter what typography parameters I set for H2, no changes appear in the product description field.
Firs line of the description which is set as H2 is always uppercase and doesn’t respond to the settings of the typography.

    Hello,

    1) Changing Elementor Global settings have no impact.
Unless I open product edit window and select “edit with elementor” button then Elementor global settings are applied.

We use default wordpress editor for product description editing.

    2)
+ and – signs are not visible on the quantity buttons.

    Hello,

Not quite sure what do you mean by “remove all the typography configuration in the Global settings of the Elementor”

I think all typography configurations are removed.
    I have followed instructions below.
To Apply Theme Styles To Elementor Elements: Disable Default Colors and Disable Default Fonts.
    Fonts and colors are disabled
    Please find attached screenshot.

    Hi,

what I’m trying to achieve there is that text in the product description marked as H2 would not be displayed in uppercase letters.

I know where to find Global settings, but changing Global settings have no impact in this case.
When I edit product description text marked as H2 is displayed correctly, but as soon as I publish the product after editing it first line of the text which is H2 is changed to uppercase.
    Why it’s changed in uppercase?
What settings I need to change to make all product description text marked as H2 to have global H2 settings?

    Hello,

You can change the font by means of the Advanced typography option, which allows you to choose the item from a drop-down or insert your custom CSS class. Please navigate to the Theme Settings > Typography > Advanced Typography.

Here is the documentation providing more detailed instructions: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/advanced-typography-settings/

    Hello,

I want to understand where is the problem.
Why Global settings doesn’t affect product description field?

    #323140

    Hello,

Perhaps there are no settings forptag in the Global settings.

You can switch to any default theme and check the fonts on the default theme to detect the source of the problem.

If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

    Best Regards
