    Hi guys,
    Customers are complaining that’s taking a very long time for products to appear after clicking on a filter. I have recorded a video that demonstrates the issue: https://we.tl/t-JDKc1vcPw7

    Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

    Hi Artem,
    I have disabled all non-related plugins on our staging website. Right now the products are not displaying in the categories; perhaps I need to re-enable a certain plugin? Admin access in private content.

    It is certainly much faster with the parent theme. I also noticed that there is a spinning loader which is missing from the live site. What are your recommendations?

    It looks like you have some outdated code in the child theme that is no longer compatible with our latest update. You need to revise your code and make sure that it doesn’t have any parts from the old version and all functions are up to date.
