Logging in takes 15-20 seconds

    Hi guys,
    We’ve received complaints from customers that they are not able to log in to our website. It turns out that they *are* able to log in, but since it takes 15-20 seconds and there is no notification that the log-in process is ongoing, they simply think that it’s not working at all.

    Can you please log into our live site using your credentials that I have provided in the private content, and let me know why you think the login takes so long?

    Hello,

    Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

    Hi Artem, the issue seems to have resolved itself (for now). I will keep an eye on it, although it’s probably not related to the theme. Thank you for your assistance.
