Please make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on any default theme to detect if our theme causes the problem.
Most likely, you will have to find a plugin inserting the scripts correclty.

You can insert custom JS into the Theme Settings > Custom JS.
Both Elementor and WP bakery page builders have widgets for raw HTML.

Yes ı know but wpbakery page builder’s raw html widget is not working

It works only for HTML. You can add JS to the theme settings. In addition, you can find a plugin integrating JS properly. We have not tested any we can hardly recommend.
