Changing Theme Folder Name AND/OR Theme Name

Hi,
I want to change the theme folder name seen in the HTML source code when we view the source code in the browsers. If necessary change the name of the theme.
Shortly, I want to change the name seen in the source code.
If I change the name of the theme folder does it make any harm to auto-updates or changing the name from Style.css will harm the auto-updates.

First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in the WoodMart WordPress family :).
Changing only the folder name could not cause the auto updates issue.
But if you try to modify it from the core files then it can cause issues. You can try and use a child theme instead.

Sorry, but we haven’t tested our theme with this tool. And we can’t guarantee that it will work correctly with a different WordPress folder structure. Perhaps, it needs some additional code customization to make it work but it is not in our theme support scope.
