    Hi guys,

    I switched demo theme, thinking when I switch back, it will return to normal. I went from Toys to Grid, and when I switched back to Toys, i lost all work. Could someone please help me get it back to before I switched to Grid?

    Hello,

    Please contact your host support and ask them perhaps your site is backed up automatically, restore your site from the backup.

    If there is not backup, you will have to recreate the theme settings as they were, do not worry your content remailed the same.

    Hi,

    Yes I need better support from you.
    My host doesn’t have a back up.

    1. I cant even edit with bakery now
    2. You have changed the demo structure of Toys, now I cant even change to the original setting.

    I have given you login details, please help me get back to the previous one.

    Hello,

    1. You can’t edit with WPBakery because you have Elementor set in Theme Settings. Go to Theme Settings -> General and switch to WPBakery https://take.ms/BDQvj

    2. You can go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Base import and switch to any of our demo versions. Note that all Theme Settings would be reset when you switch between themes. This information is stated in our dummy content import box https://monosnap.com/file/SKRLo4O9u8uMmH7PQphMOMU45QZ5gV

    We have deactivated the Elementor plugin and now it works correctly. Please, check from your side.
