    Hello, can you tell me how to activate reviews on a product page. I activated in the woocommerce settings but it does not appear on the product page. On the site settings, the theme offers customers but to upload photos. But I would just like a line of stars and comments. Can you inform me please.

    Hello,

    The revies are activated in Woocommerce > Settings > Product tab.

    If they do not appear enter each product and check and enable the review there.

    Hello, no soory I can not find any checkbox to display reviews except in woocommerce … products …. activate reviews. What I did. There is nothing on the product page. View attachments

    Please make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.

    Hello, i did it. I installed storefront but when I want enter in “modified product”, I have error503. See attachment. I installed another template free. The same. I don’t know what to do.

    Please contact your host support on this issue, it means the WoodMart theme does not cause the problem or influence that.

    hello, the problem of the absence of the box “activate the reviews” existed before this problem of lodging. I contacted my host who will do the necessary; However, it’s either your theme or woocommerce that’s the issue. I would do the test again to add another theme when my error503 problem will be resolved and I will get back to you. Thank you

    Please provide your site admin access to the private area.

    Please confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes. Please make the full backup of your site.
