    as per the image attached why is that visible like that after the update? before it was in proper alignment

    Please, switch to the parent theme temporarily and send us your admin access so we can check what is wrong there.

    whether can i change back to child theme or need to be in parent theme only? and what’s the difference between child theme and parent theme

    You can continue using the child theme. We asked you to do this to make sure that there is no custom PHP or CSS code added there that may affect this.
