Unable to add image for page heading

Hey team!
I’m having a problem with one of my pages. I’m trying to add a header image to my Shop page.
When I go to EDIT PAGE, at the bottom where it says – ‘Image for page heading’- i’ve added a image (uploaded file) and updated the page.
But there are is no image to be seen on my page.
I’ve tried ticking ‘Disable Page title’ on and off but this made no difference.
Am I forgetting to do something?

I’ve created you a login – it’s in the private content section below.
Image was already there. But it is not visible because it is too large, we just changed background options for page heading in Theme Settings -> Page heading. Please check now

What is the recommended dimension for the banner image?
I’ve tried re-editing my banner images but they keep zooming into the image.
Just make it the same size as your page heading to make it fit the space well. Or you can also increase page heading in Theme Settings.
