    Hello,

You can translate/rewrite all theme and plugin texts via PO file in WordPress. Here is a video tutorial that should help you translate your website texts with a Loco Translate plugin https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D3NsDdMzsls&list=PLMw6W4rAaOgKKv0oexGHzpWBg1imvrval&index=3

Please check the video tutorial to see how to save the translation file correctly. You can remove the plugin and translations would remain. Also, translations would remain after each theme update.

    Best Regards

    Hi,

    1: OK

2: On mobile devices: How to add Search Form below Logo?

    Check: https://ibb.co/jM0Y5YN

I tried to add Search form on Header Bottom, but it didn’t work.

    Check: https://ibb.co/cbp6gdg

3: On mobile devices: How to show username after loginging in on mobile devices. I could do that on MAC and desktop mode, but not on Mobile mode.

Check: https://ibb.co/mbtspP3 (After logging in, all these 3 default points do not show username. They just show My Account.

Only one area shows username after logging in. I added Account Login/Register Links to the Top Bar and checkmarked username:

    Check: https://ibb.co/s99RSNz
    https://ibb.co/BGVRFff

Then, that area is the only place where I can see Username after logging in.

    Check: https://ibb.co/VjWq2P4

4 If I add more languages to the site, how can I change the Currencies accordingly. For instance, when users open a Vietnamese language page, they must see VND. And if they change that to an English page, they must see USD. How can I do that?

    Hello,

2: On mobile devices: How to add Search Form below Logo?
I tried to add Search form on Header Bottom, but it didn’t work.

Please make sure the row is enabled on mobile in the row settings: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/header-rows-columns-configuration/

3: On mobile devices: How to show username after loginging in on mobile devices. – Switch to the responsive view of the header and add the Account element: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/header-responsive-settings/ and https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/add-edit-builder-elements/

    4. You need to install a plugin for multicurrency: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-currency-switcher/

    Hi,

4: OK. I will check that.

2: Did you check my image. Of course, the row was enabled and I added the Search form element there. But it was not displayed.

3: I don’t think that you read my message carefully. I could add one Account element to the top bar and made it work. I could see the username there. But my question is why the other 3 positions didn’t work.

I need more specific answers to my questions. I watched all of your instructed videos and read the info there. But couldn’t find the answer.

    HI,

    Here you go

    Hello,

Yes, I have red the post carefully.

As for the search: you have hidden the row for mobile that is why the search does not appear: https://gyazo.com/5dcdfe94e061ecabe56fd699acaceaaa

As for the My account element: I see the username on Mobile: https://gyazo.com/8bb3add35a8cdc885fe79f4f14510336

How do you want it should be, please provide more details.

    Best Regards

    Hi,

Thanks a lot for your response.

    1, 4: OK

    2: DONE

3 yes, I know. That’s what I explained. That is the only place where “My account” was replaced by “Hello, username”. I need that to happen for the other 3 places as well.

    Check: https://ibb.co/bdFM7kN (mobile display)

First, I put the My account element there. After logging in, I want those My account areas to turn to “Hello, username” or “Hello, first name”, just like from the desktop display.

    Check: https://ibb.co/S0GpBLf (desktop display)

5 Please let me know whether I need to add something like Google recaptcha for the login and register forms to prevent spamming? If yes, please suggest which plugin is compatible with your theme?

I tried to use All in One WP Security plugin. But the Google Recaptcha function on that plugin does not work with your theme. I had to disable that function from the plugin to ensure users can still register and login.

    Hello,

Unfortunately, it is not possible to do the same here: Check: https://ibb.co/bdFM7kN (mobile display)

    Check: https://ibb.co/S0GpBLf (desktop display)

How do you expect it should work? How does the site may know your name if you have not logged in? Sure, it shows the name after you log in.

We have not tested any security plugins with our theme we can hardly recommend, please try fee ones and if you are going to purchase make sure the plugin provide would refund in case of incompatibility.

    Best Regards

    Hi,

    1, 2, 4, 5: OK

3 “How do you expect it should work? How does the site may know your name if you have not logged in? Sure, it shows the name after you log in.”

–> What are you talking about? Seriously, I don’t think you understand what I was explaining at all.

I didn’t say any single word that I want the site to display the username before logging in. What I meant was even after logging in, the username was not displayed. The image I sent you was the one I’ve got after logging in. All those 3 areas did not display “Hello, username” after I logged in. Why don’t you try to log in yourself and see the outcome?

Or keep it simple so that you can understand. You create one account and login and take an image on your mobile device. Show me how your username can be displayed from those 3 areas.

    Hello,

My Account in the Header builder has two options: Icon and Only text.

You can see that there is “Show the username” https://gyazo.com/9dd3095f55d2ce43ae27f467b40d73ee

If you do not want to show the username, disable this option.

    HI Elise,

I don’t think that you understand my question at all. I want to show username at 3 positions from the image (after login). I don’t know why you keep saying that I don’t want to show it or I want to see the username before login.

And then I asked you to try to register one account on my website, and log in. Then check on your mobile device to see whether your username can be displayed at the 3 positions I told you or not. That’s how you can test. But you didn’t do it.

So your answer makes no sense at all to my question. It didn’t answer anything. I don’t think you are able to understand and answer this question. Please close this topic and let me raise this question again on another topic and hopefully one of your colleagues can understand and help me out.

    Hello,

My Account element of the Header builder can have two views:

    “Icon” and “Only text”.

Both icon and text can “Show the username” or not show: https://gyazo.com/9dd3095f55d2ce43ae27f467b40d73ee

You can configure this on the desktop and on the mobile view of the header builder.

It is not possible to add this to other places. This is a Woocommerce element and our support does not cover customization.

It is not possible to change it in the mobile menu. It is added by default.

    Best Regards
