Adding brands carousell to some page

I want to add brands carousel to my Homepage at the bottom(not footer). But also interested to add it to any other page.
I see needed widget(WOO Layered Nav) but how to insert it at some place on a page?
Tried to put it in ‘Custon Widget Aread’ and then insert
<?php dynamic_sidebar('smartslider_area_1'); ?>
at Html code or Short-code but that not working.

As far as a see there is no way to add it without WP Builder Plugin?
I wanted to do it only with native WP tools.
If I use e.g. Elementer I will not be able to use WooCommerce elements without buying Elementor PRO. Which I dont want to do.

The Brand element is also provided in Elementor among WoodMart widgets: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/shortcodes-2/
All the WoodMart elements/widgets are included in an appropriate builder and it is not possible to use the theme without the builder.
