Hi,
I have a website that’s new and not yet launched. The developer is still working on setting things up, and I’m currently uploading product images to the website. With that being said, I’m experiencing a few different malfunctions on my website. One, whenever I checked a category page to see what the new product photos looked like on the category pages after uploading them, I noticed most of the times when scrolling down past the “Load More Products” button, that a large white background covers up most of the page, all the way to the black header on the desktop view. During this time, the Recently Viewed product slider at the bottom of the category page & the footer are not seen, only the blank white background climbing higher as I’m scrolling.
Also, my second issue with the website that I’ve noticed, which started on the same day as the above issue, is that the Accessories gallery images (below the New Arrivals title) on the homepage crashes into each other, and the “The Features” title that should be below the gallery section is seen directly over the gallery photos.
The third issue that I’ve noticed about a month now, is that the sticky header feature sometimes malfunction, and showed the black header on top of the main slider images, blocking and cutting off the pics on top. It corrects itself once you refreshed the page, but I don’t like that it malfunctions and the customers could run into the same problem.
