Uploading to existing WooCommerce site

When we upload this theme and import demo’s to an existing WooCommerce site, it does not import correctly, but it works fine on fresh site.

We have deactivated all existing plugins before install, removed all products and all pages, essentially we need to keep the WooCommerce settings and order history, we have tried FTP and import / export theme settings from fresh install, still can’t get it to work.
