How to create Specific Roles

Hello, I would like to ask whether can I create spesific roles to my staff? I have an e-commerce woocommerce site and I sell to different regions. For example if I get an order from Lyon, I want to show that order to my staff who is being in Lyon and if I get from Paris I want to show it to that staff. Is that possible or how can I manage this situation? Thanks inadvance.

Sorry but the Role privileges are controlled by WordPress itself and our theme has no influence.
You need to find a plugin that meets your requirements.
