Problem in price filter

    Hi, hope you are doing well. I want to inform you that when I am filtering products with price filter, the next opening page crashes. The page becomes invisible. You can enter the site and enter any category page and use the filtering by price. You will se the site to be crashed. How can we solve this issue?

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate parent theme then clear cache and check back.

    If the problem continues then leave the third party plugins deactivated and provide with the admin panel login details of the website then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

    I observe that when I deactivate breeze caching plugin, the filtering works normally. But when the breeze plugin is activated this happens immediately. How can I resolve the problem in this case?

    Hello,

    As you mentioned that the issue doesn’t exist when you deactivate the cache plugin.

    Which clears that the issue is not from our theme. Sorry, but we could not help you with this as the issue is from a third-party plugin.
