I have checked on the default theme Twenty twenty one, the same issues happen there. That means it is not your theme problem. That is the WCFM Plugin problem.

The two issues which I mentioned above happen on both Woodmart and Twenty twenty one. That means:

The two issues include:
1 iPad responsive: on both Woodmart and Twenty twenty one, I couldn’t see the view completely since the sidebar on the left side doesn’t collapse. It takes half of the screen, so we can’t see anything and can’t do anything.

2 Chatbox: If you put the iPad on the horizontal dimension (similar as desktop view), not the vertical dimension, Or if you use a MAC or desktop, you will see the chat lines overlap each other. Also the right side area also overlaps each other. That is totally a mess.
