I opened a TT(https://xtemos.com/forums/topic/recommended-products-show-4-in-a-row/#new-post) before, and the issue was solved on the PC page. But on the mobile page, this issue still exists.

Hello,

Sorry for the delay.

Please set the number of columns of the related products in the Theme Settigns > Single Product > Related products for desktop as shown: https://gyazo.com/d85c4982c5a4c3e420efbfa33b98034c

Remove all the custom CSS related to setting the number of columns, provided before.

Then create a mobile preset as shown: https://gyazo.com/07c52b34b2beb706ab7bb336b711d54d and https://gyazo.com/a8e483b7001fb6e7e6f0500ef69c0563 and https://gyazo.com/957eaa985cc0a4cdc1d5182a7ff90c1e

You need to have the recent theme version to apply presets. You can read more here: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/theme-settings-presets/

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme, switch the parent theme, and try to set the preset.

No extra plugin are turned on, only this recommended plugin, Is now the parent subject.

I am sure now it will work fine because you have used the old plugins with the latest theme. Also, the theme is not activated. Please activate the theme then do the solution as mention above. Please see the screenshot for the theme is not activated yet: https://ibb.co/2gBNsdP

Please try adding the following Custom CSS in the Custom CSS for Desktop area under Theme Settings >> Custom CSS.
```
.wc-prl-recommendations {
    width: 1222px;
    padding-left: 15px;
    padding-right: 15px;
    margin-left: auto;
    margin-right: auto;
}

.wc-prl-recommendations .col-md-4 {
    max-width: 25%;
}
```

Your issue has been Resolved now the CSS only works on desktop. Please clear cache and check back.
