    Hello,

I would like to know the difference that exists in terms of SEO positioning when creating the different menu items (categories and subcategories).

On the one hand, I have the possibility to include an HTML block that appears with a dropdown. In this case you would only have to put the URLs of the sub-elements in each menu element.

On the other hand, I can use the Appearance > Menu section and include sub-elements for each category.

Which option would be the best for a good SEO? I have this doubt because I do not know if in the case of the HTML block the URLs indicated in the elements are cataloged as subcategories and categories for Google.

    Thanks.

    All the best,

    Hello,

You would better consult an SEO expert on this issue. There is no difference when the menu is added as HTML block or as a sub-menu. Basin on our experience HTML blocks does not influence the SEO.
