IOS responsive version and Woocommerce latest update conflict

    After updating Woocommerce to Version 5.5.1 my website gives a “Can’t open this page” error on IOS but I can reach the website on android and Windows.

    I contacted my website hosting company and they told me that this problem is due to a conflict between the new version of Woocommerce and the theme I am using as the theme is responsible to show the responsive or mobile version.

    can you investigate the issue, please?

    Hello,

    Please make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on the default theme to detect if our theme causes the problem.

    If the problem has gone, please, provide your site admin access to the private area.

    Make the full backup of your site and confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes.

    Hi,

    It was the “Insert Headers and Footers” plugin that was causing the problem. The theme has nothing to do with the problem.
    Everything is working fine now.
