    Hi guys I’m trying to use the switcher of WPML language on mobile menu.
    If you try to click the language and try to change it, it always reload same language.
    How can I solve

    Most likely you have created the translation not correctly or configured the WPML. Pelase refers to the WPML documentation https://wpml.org/documentation/ on this issue.

    Sorry but what kind of answer is this? How do you know if I correctly configure or not WPML?
    Do you notice some alert on Console or some wrong implementation in frontend without login into my backend?

    I really don’t appreciate your Customer Care policy. You’re always hasty, with the only intent of close ticket.

    So do I need to pay for an assistance answer like your? I think no.

    WPML is right configure on my hand, but it’s possible that your theme have some problem. If is not the case please explain me the reason why I need to take a look deeply on my WPML configuration.

    Hello,

    Our support relates to WoodMart theeme. If you switch the translation and it does not work properly, it means that this issue relates to WPML plugin.
    WoodMart theme is 100% compatible with the plugin, however WPML plugin has its own support. They are better experts in this area and their help would be effective.
    When I see something wrong in WPML at the first site I always point this matter out.
    Your case requires deeper investigation and skills. That is why I asked you to refer to the documentation or contact support.
    Try to make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check any default theme to detect if our theme causes the problem.
