    Hi there, I have 2 issues with the theme :
    1. I imported this footer to my site with elementor : https://woodmart.xtemos.com/blog/woodmart_element/retail-2-footer/
    But i checked in mobile and i dont see the footer in accordion view, like your demo site : https://woodmart.xtemos.com/
    Can you please help me configure that ?
    2. I tried to add the payments logo in the bottom footer, on desktop view its looking great but on mobile i tried to center the image with no success (attached the site url and screenshot)
    Please help,

    Hello,

    The footer collapse widgets option is provided in the Theme Settings > Footer “Collapse widgets on mobile”

    This option is effective for the default widgets and would not work if you add HTML widgets.

    Please provide your site admin access I will check the logo and suggest the solution.

    Ive enabled the “Collapse widgets on mobile” but still the same,

    Hello,

    The footer widget collapse works for WordPress widgets. You have one column and HTML block. That is why the footer does not collapse.

    Please check your footer code and close the tags in the Theme Settings > Footer > Copyright.

    Also, I want to display color attributes swatches as well as Product attribute swatches on the shop page, right now only color swatches are seen on the shop page, ive attached links 1 for color and 1 for product attributes,
    and the third link show me weird bug, instead of ‘multicolor’ swatch it shows me the product image instead.
    Please help.

    Hello,

    The product grid can show only one attribute as the swatches. If you want to show one more attribute in the grid, you can enable “Show attribute label on products” Find our documentation tutorial about this here: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/add-custom-labels/

    Hi there, can you please elaborate on how to make the footer to collapse again ? do you have a tutorial on that ? also on mobile the credit cards companies in the bottom footer is not centered,
    Please help me with both issus, best regards

    Hello,

    The footer should be created in Appearance > Widgets and filled with the default widget, not the HTML widget, then you need to enable the option in the Theme Settings > Footer.

    Also im trying to do the exact contact form on my site with elementor, ive attached a screenshot with the contact form but it was with wpbakery, i found just the basic contact form block.
    Please help.

    You have 5 columns and you have filled one column only. Add the content to the other columns.

    Hello,

    Enter each widget and edit as HTML block, remove the tegs I have shown both in the beginning and in the end of the code you insert, then insert the clear code in HTML edit mode, you have inserted the code in visual mode, that is why you have got this error.

    Hi Elise, I didn’t understand which tags to remove, and how to make it work properly, please explain or do a shorty video or a screenshot.
    And also please help me with my second issue,

    Hello,

    I have made the footer look properly on the desktop. However, collapse does not work.

    Please switch to the parent theme and deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    Slider Revolution
    Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG

    If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    As soon as you upload you will need to replace the content and colors.

    Hi Elise, the issue is still the, I deactivated all the plugins and still the same, the collapse is not working, maybe because i worked with WPbakery in the beginning and then moved to elementor ? i dont know.

    About the contact form, I tried to do what you told me but it only gives me the basic popup form from contact form 7 (ive added a link of the “contact us” page.
    Please help with both issues.

    Hello,

    Try to switch back to the WP bakery page builder. WoodMart theme can work with one of the builders and it is not possible to switch from one to another.

    If it does not help, make the full backup of your site, export content into the separate file by means of Tools > Export/import, Export the theme Settings, and the headers you use. reinstall all, then upload and configure if necessary.

    Hi there, im having issues with exporting and importing the products from jonglerjewelry.com to new.jonglerjewelry.com, its removing the swatches images, messing up the attributes and putting wrong attributes and the wrong place, ive attached the new site in private, im just asking if there any situation to solve this without harming all my products and do all the work all over again because i have so many.

    If there is another way to export import all the products without bugs and issues, it would be great, but the woocommerce import/export feature did worse than actually help .. (ive attached login info of the new site)

    Because right now the only issues i have on the main site is the footer not collapse, and the popup contact form, it gives me the basic contact form 7 and not your contact form design
