Hello,

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

Most likely you have enabled the cloned header. You need to disable it and make all the rows sticky. Please check this manual: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/enable-sticky-header-option/

If this does not solve the issue, please send your site admin access to the private area.
