Issue widget going in header with WPML

Hello,
Everything was working fine but I recently download WPML.
I put the flag selector as a menu, which is empty and put it in header top right.
Everything looks normal in English but when I change the language to French.
an HTML block (https://ibb.co/KFSSshV) which is normally in Footer 1 is going in the header instead of the flag. I try to solve the solution but impossible. I don’t understand how is it possible.

By the way the widget section has many bug with the new maj (just for info).

I have another issue concerning the header of Woodmart.
I have 2 types of header depending on the pages.
I followed your tutoriel so the main and I found the main header in String translation with the header_0123. I translate it and everything is perfect
However I cannot find the second one. It makes “No string found”.
How can I fix this ?

This works for the default header, and you can insert the appropriate translation in the same way as you set the headers for different pages.
