    Recently was everything working, but now the video on the page is not playing. Can you please help?

    I am testing this video https://youtu.be/lM02vNMRRB0 on my site, please try this link, if it works in your projects, it means something is wrong with your video and WP Bakary Video player cannot reproduce properly. Our theme doesn’t influence WP Bakary Video player performance.

    Hi,

    Didn’t work with your video link.

    I’ve some portfolio pages in draft and when I see the preview it works the video directly on the page, but when I publish doesn’t work.

    Please give me a help.

    Hi,

    Already solved. The problem was the plugin “smush” that was interfering with the wpbackery.
