Woodmart 1.8.0 can't save in theme settings.

    Hello. I want to modify some settings (like change colour of top bar or anything else) and the following error appear: There was a problem with your action. Please try again or reload the page. I haven’t install any modules except modules necessary for this theme
    I can’t change a lot of things in this theme.
    Please help me to resolve this issue.

    Hello!

    All the links that you wrote are about godaddy hosting solution. My website is not hosted there.
    I have access to my .htaccess file but I don’t know what to edit.
    If you have a solution more specific, I will appreciate.

    Unfortunately, we don’t have other instructions for this. This error may happen on other hostings also. Try to contact your providers for help with this issue.

    Hello again.

    I have spoken with the company where my website is hosted and they said that on the server aren’t any problems. They said that I should give them a list of requirements for this template (php version, mysql version, any modules requirements). They will check if this requirements are active on the server.
