But I have really failed to understand how I can do it maybe if there is another way I can understand how to do it I will be grateful.
I have checked on our testing site the presets works properly.
Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme, and check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
Try to remove this content from “Intro tex” thttps://gyazo.com/cffc4a0852b539ccbcc88500df097e08 in the Theme Settings > White label.
