    Hi,

    I am getting orders, but no emails are sending to my webmail platform.

    I have made all the email settings

    Why this happens?

    Hello,

    I saw the screenshot you attached.

    Sorry but we could not help you with this because the order emails are controlled by woocommerce and our theme does influence.
