Can I update the theme?

    We would like to update the theme to the latest version but we have done lot of customization so wondering is it gonna affect the customizations that we have done?

    And what can we do to make sure that the customizations remain as it is and theme gets updated to the latest version?

    Hello,

    First of all, make the full backup of your theme.

    Next, make sure that all CSS is located in the Theme Settings > Custom CSS, All JS is in the Theme Settings > Custom JS.

    All the PHP customization should be in the functions.php of the child theme.

    In this case, none of your customizations would reset.
