Several technical issues

    Hello Xtemos team,

    First issues is with featured categories widget on homepage, and categories on shop page. when i first open either of this two pages, categories shrink down to small rectangles (Screenshot provided) after refreshing the page they comeback to normal primary state.

    Second issues is with the search bar. It says that there are no products in search results (search has been done with exact same name of the product). Issues occured few days ago. Relevanssi plugin is in use even before this issue occured and it worked fine.

    Third issue occurs on mobile device. In product category some of the products dont have their price nor the option add to cart displayed, after refreshing the page price is displayed and they can be added to cart.

    Hello,

    1. Please clear the cache or provide the page URL with the problem.

    2. Please check the settings of the plugin, our theme does not influence this plugin functionality.

    3. Please provide the page URL and product titles to check.

    Hello,

    After clearing the cache and testing on multiple mobile devices and pc units, the issue still occurs.

    Here are the following links where the issue occurs:
    https://belapcela.rs/ (homepage)
    https://belapcela.rs/proizvodi/ (shop page)

    There is also the issue with the category dropdown menu in header. It’s height is longer than the page height and lis’t cant be displayed fully, so when the pages scrolls menu is stuck and wont scroll with the page. Screenshot provided.

    Hello,

    1. I cannot catch this problem on the home page, provide another link with the problem Featured-categories.png

    2 and 3 please, provide your site admin access to the private area.

    Make the full backup of your site and confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes.
