Issue with WPBakery Page Builder

Getting alert in Admin:
Important notice: You have an outdated version of WPBakery Page Builder Design Options. It is required to review and save it.(I have updated WPBakery to the latest version)
When I choose to “Open Design Options”
I get “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” (I don’t know what this means and I can’t fix this problem)

It means that you need to update the plugin. Navigate to Appearance > Install plugins > update the plugin. If you have any problems with the automatic update, delete the current plugin and upload the recent version which can be taken in your profile of the forum. Then check back.
