Hi,
None of my promo banners are displaying any headers or text. Please can you view and let me know what you need to sort it out.

Pelase provides the site admin access to the private area I will check the header setting.

Please describe your actions step by step, screens would be helpful.

Hi Elise,
I have attached screenshots – both front end and back end. The header, text and button are not displaying.

I thought that maybe it was a problem with my machine and that is why the text was not being displayed.
