Could you please precise is it possible to activate finding products via search bar by SKU? Each product has a number, but it is not written in product name. I see that now I can’t find products using SKU, but it’s very important. Is it possible to activate this somehow? Please enable search by SKU in the Theme settings > Shop.

LivaRParticipantHi Elise. Search by product SKU was on already and all products have SKUs, still doesn’t work e.g. when I copy/paste product’s SKU on search it shows “No products found”. Any idea what’s? Can it be a mismatch with plugin B2B King? If so, how can I fix it? It’s important.

Please, provide your site admin access to the private area.
Make the full backup of your site and confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes.

LivaRParticipantI see. Now also all other products by sku are visible on search, but I see that you have deactivated almost all plugins. So it means that it is a conflict issue with another plugin I have activated? If so, how we can solve this? Should I test and check which plugin created the error?

LivaRParticipantI checked, the error is created by B2B King plugin. I need this plugin so we need to fix this problem. Please precise how to fix the error.

We have not tested our theme with this plugin we did not declare 100% compatibility with it. Please contact the plugin support perhaps they have a ready fix for such cases or maybe they suggest something and we would be able to do it mutually.
