sluggish mobile and dropdown menu response

Hi,
I am using woodmart theme, and the mobile burger menu does not respond when clicked.
Also on desktop menu, the submenu dropdown sometime react sluggishly, when the menu title is clicked.
Please help why does this happen and can you help provide solution to it. much thanks.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme, switch the parent theme, and check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
if the problem remains, make the full backup of your site and confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes.

I did as you said – delete the old version, switch to parent theme, deactivate all plugins but still the mobile menu does not work. I made backup so please help you can log in to our site,

I did try deactivate all plugins except the list you provide, but the menu is still not clickable on my smart phone. I am using samsung S21 android on chrome.
Please try do that on my site.I really dont know why is this.
I deactivate all plugins except these three (see attachment). still the burger menu on mobile is not clickable. I tried to disable all except one. still burger menu is slugish, at times i have to wait until it works, at times it just wont work at all. Please help with this problem, you are the best person to know this is your theme. thanks.
