    How can we reduce the size of the popup lightbox?
    We want to make it smaller without picture.

    Hello,

    You can use the following CSS code to decrease the popup width 

    div.basel-promo-popup {
    max-width: 600px;
}

    Another question, is it possible to smaller the size of the product thumbnails on the product page?

    You can set your thumbnails size in WooCommerce -> Settings -> Products -> Display.
