Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please view all our demo pages, choose the most appropriate and create your page basing on it: https://woodmart.xtemos.com/ Please click “Demo” on the right to view.
If you need assistance with the options of a widget or element, please clarify which one.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please use the builder and create the page from scratch. This manual would be helpful: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/shortcodes-2/ and xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/templates-library/

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
You need to create a row and configure the columns in mobile that would keep your banners.
As for the products you can find the option in the Theme Settings > Product Archive > Product grid: https://gyazo.com/6c48c82fc6452a308ba8e9e819140f58
If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
Best Regards

Please check this video tutorial: https://wpbakery.com/video-academy/responsive-column-control-width-offset-param-usage-explained/ and https://wpbakery.com/video-academy/responsive-column-control-width-offset-param-usage-explained/
As soon as you create three columns, you insert Promo banner element in each column: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/shortcodes-2/

kevajoParticipantThe problem is not the promo banner, I can create 3 columns as you do but it does not fit on the mobile, the layout will change and display one banner per line, but I want to display the 3 banners on the same line on mobile.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
You need to configure the width of each column in the Responsive options https://gyazo.com/5aee5b092b599fd3d737d4c74f8ab5b1
By default, iPad, mobile take 12 columns width, you can change that.
