PRODUCT PAGE ERROR 404

    HI,

    Refer to video attached, when i click the some of product mostly on the my categories “SWEEPER”, it goes error 404 but other product working well.

    I provide the link temporary access to my web in private content.

    Hello,

    I saw the screenshot you attached.

    Please check how it works with the default wordpress theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not.

    Because the products are woocommerce functionality and our theme doesn’t influence.

    After try with default wordpress theme, also got 404 error.

    Hello,

    I have logged into your website. The issue is caused by the name of the products and slug because you added the name only as 1280, 640, etc.

    I have changed the name and slug of a product and it is working.

    https://www.tarms.com.my/staging-1/product/cleaning-machines/floor-sweeper-machines/sweeper-ride-on/floor-sweeper-1280/

    which clears that the issue is not from our theme. You can try changing the name and slugs of the products.
