Contact Form 7 refreshes the page instead of ajax

    After submitting Contact Form 7, which is in the product tab, the page is refreshed, instead of triggering ajax.

    The form was added through an HTML-block (WPBakery was used)

    How can I fix this?

    Please make sure your theme has been updated till 6.1.4. If your theme is up-to-date, make the full backup of your site and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.

    I have v6.1.4

    Works great on Storefront + YITH WooCommerce Tab Manager

    Hello,

    Most likely the theme conflicts with the plugin as it provides the custom tabs option.

    Please deactivate the plugin and check the issue.

    I want to clarify if I have been misunderstood.

    The problem I started the thread about is that CF7 doesn’t work correctly in the additional tabs created by Woodmart theme (Theme Settings -> One Product -> Tabs -> Additional Tabs.)

    YITH WooCommerce Tab Manager was used for Storefront test only

    In your last post, do you recommend disabling CF7?

    Hello,

    We don’t see this tab on your website now. Could you please restore it?

    Please, disable external plugins except for CF7 and send us your admin access so we can check it.
