WoodMart > Additional pages IS NOT SHOWN

I want to add additional pages. WoodMart > Additional pages.
I checked your documentation. Your Woordmart Activation Page has a tab that users can add an additional pages, but my Woodmart Activation Page doesn’t have it. See the attached screenshot. Why does that happen?

Please make sure your WoodMart theme version is 6.1.4.

Yes; the version is 6.1.4 I attached the screenshot. It is still no Additional Pages. Why is that missing? I can add you as admin user if you check.

Please, provide your site admin access to the private area.
Make the full backup of your site and confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes.

I get this error: WooCommerce is not installed/actived. it is required for this plugin to work properly. Please activate WooCommerce.
You need to install all the plugins in Appearance > Install plugins and activate.

I did what you wrote. The problem is the same again. There is no Additional Pages option.
Did you check that there was no Additional Pages option? I’d appreciate that if you can fix that.

Please check and activate the “Dummy Content tab” in the Theme Settings > White label. This option should be “ON”
